Carl F International is managed by a management group, a board of directors and a supervisory board. The management group consists of our business segment and corporate function managers, who are responsible for the daily and strategic management of their respective segments and functions. The supervisory board is responsible for the overall management of Carl F International, and offers competent sparring to our management, and the board of directors has the day-to-day management responsibility.
